Hey Lauren! Just wanted to update you that I finished reading the guide, and I found it EXTREMELY helpful. I am feeling really hopeful armed with all this info. Some of what I think is most helpful to me in particular is the nutrition and spiritual info. It is so hard to eat anything at all sometimes because of my absolutely wonderful and chaotic 4-year old and 2-year-old. I’m so focused on them that I forget about feeding myself lol. Or I end up eating a Hot Pocket. I definitely think blood sugar could be a huge reason I struggle so much during the end of luteal. And WOW, you incorporated so much Scripture, I LOVED IT. Though focusing on nutrition, movement, and sleep will definitely help, I know what I always need and truly crave is more of Jesus. Thank you so much for reflecting His light through this guide. In the next few days I’m going to distill my notes down into the changes I’m going to actually try to make this month (I think I’ve a week to prepare for the downward slope).
