Tired of PMDD running you over month after month?
Step into your luteal phase with clarity, calm, and support every single cycle.
✋🏼If you’re a Christian woman with PMDD who’s tried tracking, supplements, willpower, and prayer - and still feels blindsided every month - this guide was created for you.
This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about preparing your body, mind, and faith with compassion, grace and clarity.
The sooner you prepare (even with small changes every month), the more supported your next cycle can feel.
❌You might be here because:
• PMDD hijacks your emotions, thoughts, and energy every month
• You feel calm one week… then unrecognizable the next, and your family, friends, kids see it
• Your faith feels strained when symptoms peak ("am I even a Christian?")
• You’re tired of apologizing, starting over, or feeling like a burden
• You keep thinking, “Why can’t I handle this better?”
🧠Let's be real: without preparation, a plan or even just an awareness, PMDD keeps deciding:
• How you show up as a wife, mom, friend, daughter
• How safe your thoughts feel
• How connected you feel to God
• How much damage control you have to do afterward
And the hardest part? Seeing this vicious cycle play out month after month after month.
💭Now, imagine entering your luteal phase:
• Knowing what’s coming - without fear or obsession
• Having supports and a plan in place before symptoms spike
• Responding instead of reacting
• Extending grace and curiosity instead of shame
• Ending the cycle with clarity instead of regret
Not perfect months. Just supported, gentle and gracious ones.
🧡This is exactly why I created The Luteal Prep Guide. If we haven't met, my name is Lauren! I'm a wife, mom, RN and follower of Jesus. And yes, someone who has struggled with premenstrual dysphoric disorder since the age of 16. Every month, PMDD came out of nowhere and it would wreck me. I would question if anyone actually cared about me, if God really loved me and sometimes whether there was actually a reason to keep living.
I've been there. And here's what I've learned over the years: you have to stop fighting it. You have to be a learner of yourself, stay curious and practice grace again and again.
And that's exactly what I'm here to teach you.
😑Maybe you've tried other things and it hasn't worked. You've left feeling even more discouraged.
There's a lot of PMDD advice out there, and some of it:
• Focuses on willpower instead of biology
• Kicks in after symptoms explode
• Overloads you with too many changes
• Ignores the fact that God made your body and knows you
What I have found is this: PMDD doesn’t need intensity, white-knuckling or a "try harder" mentality. It needs timing, gentleness, and a safe space to process and be curious about what's going on inside of you.
The Luteal Prep Guide is built around the PREPARE Framework, a flexible, grace-filled approach that helps you:
• Prepare before symptoms spike
• Support yourself during low-capacity days
• Reflect and adjust after the storm
No rigidity or perfectionism. And definitely no ignoring both your physiological AND spiritual needs.

❌But...
• “I don’t have energy for another thing.”
This guide is designed for low-capacity days. It's meant to equip you through small, meaningful changes when you're feeling better, so it'll be that much easier to implement when you're not.
• “I’m not consistent.”
Partial preparation still helps. Progress compounds. And by trying these solutions each cycle, you'll start to see results. Also, so much of "inconsistency" is due to what we believe about ourselves, and we all know how we view ourselves during luteal isn't great. So we start working on these mindset traps before they happen.
• “I’ve tried everything.”
I wonder if you've tried an approach that combines faith, biology and gentleness? Without each part involved, plans surely do fail. God created us mind, body and spirit beings, so we need to take this holistic approach when we're working to heal. Also a big part of this journey is understanding grace and letting go, instead of holding on tighter. You learn all of this in the guide.
